What is TopBridge?
TopBridge is a Windows desktop application that connects TopSale’s cloud printing workflows to printers installed on your computer or available on your local network.
Keep the application available in the Windows system tray while users work inside TopSale, Excel printing, Odoo, or another connected workflow.
Identify available printers and route each print request to the selected local or network device with the correct printer protocol.
Use the same TopSale login across the portal and TopBridge to keep printers, templates, and print access connected to the right workspace.
TopBridge receives the print request, identifies the selected printer and protocol, then sends the job to the correct device for immediate output.
Start from a TopSale cloud template, spreadsheet workflow, Odoo integration, or supported web application.
The desktop bridge receives the cloud request, confirms the printer connection, and prepares the job for the selected protocol.
The job is delivered to the chosen USB-connected, locally installed, or network-accessible label printer.
TopBridge connects TopSale cloud print jobs to supported local and network label printers through widely used printer command languages and Brother’s official printer component.
Connect TSC, Xprinter, Godex, Citizen and other thermal label printers that use the TSPL command language.
Print across the full Zebra printer range and selected Xprinter models that support the ZPL command language.
Connect major Brother label-printer families through Brother’s official COM component SDK for Windows.
The first time Brother is selected as the printer type, TopBridge downloads and installs the required Brother COM component. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Language and Charset Support
TopBridge helps teams prepare TSPL and ZPL printers for multilingual label output by applying the correct character-set configuration for the connected printer workflow.
Select the TSPL or ZPL workflow that matches the connected printer.
Configure the character handling needed for the language and printer model.
Run a sample label to confirm text, spacing, barcodes, and layout before batch printing.
Download and Setup
Install your printer driver, download TopBridge, sign in, and run a test job before moving into everyday or batch printing.
Confirm the target printer is installed in Windows and can print a basic test page.
Get the latest Windows version from the TopSale Self-Service Portal and open the application.
Connect your TopSale account, choose the available printer, and confirm the correct protocol.
Verify label size, orientation, charset, and print quality before starting production jobs.
